On June 23, 1984, Bishop Whalen was ordained to the priesthood by Cardinal John O’Connor for the Archdiocese of New York. He was consecrated by Cardinal Timothy Dolan on December 10, 2019. He has served the archdiocese as the Vicar for the Clergy of the Archdiocese and Episcopal Vicar for Manhattan.

Joseph Espaillat

St. Anthony of Padua, Bronx, NY

 

On May 17, 2003, Bishop Espaillat was ordained to the priesthood by Cardinal Edward Egan for the Archdiocese of New York. Bishop Espaillat was named in 2015 as pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Parish in Bronx, New York, a position he still holds. He is the Director of the Charismatic Renewal in the Diocese. Bishop. Espaillat was consecrated as a bishop by Cardinal Timothy Dolan on March 1, 2022. He is the Episcopal Vicar for the Bronx.

Bishop Byrne was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of New York by Cardinal John O’Connor on December 1, 1984.  He was
consecrated a bishop by Cardinal Timothy Dolan in St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Manhattan on August 4, 2014.  He is the Episcopal Vicar 
of Staten Island and serves as pastor for Blessed Sacrament Parish in Staten Island, NY.

Bishop Bonnici was ordained a priest on June 22, 1991, by Cardinal John O’Connor for the Archdiocese of New York. He was consecrated as a bishop by Cardinal Timothy Dolan on March 1, 2022.  He is the Pastor of Saints John and Paul/St. Augustine in Larchmont, New York, and is the Episcopal Vicar for Westchester and Rockland Counties.

Gerardo J. Colacicco

St. Mary’s Wappinger Falls, NY

 

On November 6, 1982, Bishop Colacicco was ordained to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of NY by Cardinal Terence Cooke. On December 10, 2019,  Bishop Colacicco was consecrated as a bishop by Cardinal Timothy Dolan. He is the Episcopal Vicar for Orange, Sullivan, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties and is pastor of St. Mary’s in Wappinger Falls, NY.

Timothy Cardinal Dolan

 

Cardinal Dolan was ordained a priest on June 19, 1976, for the Archdiocese of St. Louis by Auxiliary Bishop Edward O’Meara.  On June 19, 2001, Dolan was appointed auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.. He received his episcopal consecration on August 15, 2001, from Archbishop Justin Rigali, with Bishop Joseph Naumann and Michael Sheridan serving as co-consecrators. Cardinal Dolan chose as his episcopal motto: Ad Quem Ibimus, meaning, “Lord, To Whom Shall We Go?”

 

On June 25, 2002, Cardinal Dolan was named the tenth Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.[9] He was installed at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Milwaukee on August 28, 2002.  

 

On September 28, 2007, Cardinal Dolan was appointed as the apostolic administrator of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Green Bay.

 

On February 23, 2009, he was appointed the tenth archbishop of the Archdiocese of New York by Pope Benedict XVI.
