Work is continuing on replacing the 50 year old air handling system in the gym with a new one. Cost is approximately $15,000, but unfortunately we needed also to do some asbestos removal, which will cost another $5000. Thanks to Frank Mengler for his work on this and getting the price down as low as possible.

Luis Rueda is finishing up renovations to the bathroom and entrance to the gym (paint, ceiling repair, floor refinishing) which was in dire need of upgrades. He will also be working on the Parish Hall kitchenette to make it more useful before CYO season begins.

Alan Patrie and the Knights are continuing on with the renovation of the old school library into a first class conference room. Estimated date of completion is early December.

Nick DeFellici is continuing with his paint job on the entrance to the rectory.
