The Knit/Crochet Ministry was able to donate over 80 prayer shawls and lap Afghans to Putnam Ridge Nursing Home. We would like to thank the parishioners for their generosity in donating the yarn which helped make this project possible. Anyone interested in joining us is welcome. Our next meeting will be the second Saturday in September at 10 am in the parish meeting room. We will be making hats and scarfs for CAP, infant blankets and hats for PCH, and prayer shawls and lap Afghans for PRNH. Any questions call Mary Thomson 279-6949.
